I have seen people in Africa and Latin America walking for miles
with large bundles of wood carried on their head. With so
much sun available, how many people could benefit from solar
cookers, which is cheap and simple to make, needless to say also,

- The 'miracle' of soy (left click

It is many years now in the West that there has been
talk about the nutritious benefits of soy, which is very ancient
knowledge in Asia. This knowledge can be very helpful to people on our
missions, especially in places where nutrition is deficient, including
in those places where soy is grown in abundance for export but is not
taken advantage of locally due to lack of knowledge of the nutritional
value by the local people and/or the lack of knowledge of how to
prepare it adequately for human consumption.
